About the Company

A Rio Grande Valley developer with roots in the corridor we build.

RGC167 Investment, LLC was established in 2023 to develop land in one of the most economically transformative regions in South Texas. We invest in property along the growth corridors of Starr County and greater Rio Grande City, where highway expansion, retail investment, and cross-border commerce are reshaping the local economy.

Our portfolio spans residential lot sales and mixed-use commercial development, guided by long-term relationships with local engineering, surveying, and planning partners. We work with buyers, retailers, and civic stakeholders to bring durable projects into a market that is on the rise.

The company is privately held and headquartered in Edinburg, Texas, with active projects in Roma and Rio Grande City.
